A forum-like experience for salespeople. Users should be able to choose between professional and anonymous profiles to post and comment. DMs are anonymous only.
Bravado aims to help salespeople succeed in their careers — from landing a new job to having a space where they can learn and share: the Community.
The Community offered total anonymity to its members. They need a space to be honest but also to take credits for the content they created. — Choosing when to share their real identity was a way to solve that.
To learn and share with the community, users must be able to switch between identities whenever they want.
It should be very easy and accessible to create content with any identity at any moment. It required the design for managing profiles when posting, commenting and sending DMs.
The profile switcher was only visible on second level interactions — Most users don't post or comment. It was not necessary to show a switcher to the "passive" users.
After the release of the anonymous posting, Bravado Sales Network grew from 200K to 250K+ members in 2022.
The addition of profile switching aimed to engaje users more interested in self-promotion.
Completed the full redesign across desktop, mobile web, and iOS in three months, allowing us to accelerate learning from real user behavior.
